Let’s meet up at your favorite coffee shop or eatery. Get to know me and why I love doing what I do!
Come with all your questions & let’s talk birth!

The Prenatals
Once your booked and the retainer is paid, we will schedule your prenatal appointments. Each is a max of 2 hrs and we will cover things like fears and anxieties to birth plans and Comfort measures.

The Birth
We then take everything we have discussed and put it into action. With my full mental, emotional and physical support you will feel empowered to go into this birthing experience like wonder woman!

The Postpartum Appointment
Though Optional, many couples love this opportunity to debrief their birth, get infant care support and lactation support. This is a great opportunity to ease you into the newborn world with some outside support and resouces
